AVFD’s monthly business meeting for July will be 7 p.m., Thursday, July 1, although all members are encouraged to arrive at 6 p.m. for individual photographs for use on the department’s website. Members should wear appropriate department shirts. (Officers should wear white shirts with insignia.)

Agenda topics will include a report on the Kids Firefighter Camp, testing of fire hydrants in the department’s service area and the training schedule for department members.
